Return for Damage or Discrepancy
Our Customer Service Team is always available to assist you if you encounter a problem with your order. We advise you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us right away if you detect any damage or discrepancy with your order. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
Returning Hazardous Materials for Damage or Discrepancy
Hazardous Materials must be shipped in compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation regulations.
No Returns, Rejections, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Absent an error on our part, all sales final and no returns, rejections, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted for any reason for Made To Order (MTO) products, custom products, special order products and products that require Hazardous Materials shipment.
For purposes of this Agreement, Hazardous Materials shall mean “any item or agent (whether biological, chemical, radiological, and/or physical), which has the potential to cause harm to people, animals, or the environment, either by itself or through interaction with other elements.”
Returns accepted for items ordered in error on your part may be subject to a 30% processing fee and all returns must be made 30 days of the issuance of the RGA by our Customer Service Team. An RGA can only be given for unopened products in original packaging that must be returned in salable condition.
Return Good Authorization (RGA)
In the event Aktion, Inc., agrees to accept the return of a product, prior to returning any items, please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA) and shipping instructions. Written requests for an RGA must be received from the customer whose name is on the order within ten days of receipt of order by customer. An RGA can only be given for unopened products in original packaging that must be returned in salable condition.
An RGA will ensure the safe and proper handling of material and enable us to resolve the discrepancy in a timely manner. Items returned without an RGA will not be accepted. Shipment of authorized returns should be made within 30 days of the issuance of the RGA by our Customer Service Team.
No Refunds on Export Sales
All sales are final for export sales. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations accepted once an order is accepted by Aktion, Inc.
